April 9th: Update from Sar-El Tours

Shalom, Dear Friends and Partners,
We have good news to share from Jerusalem today.
A Ceasefire Has Been Reached
A ceasefire agreement has been reached between the United States and Iran.
Negotiations are set to continue tomorrow, and we are hopeful and prayerful that this is a step toward stability in the region.

Life in Israel is Back to normal
The Home Front Command has given the country a green status across nearly all regions. Most schools across Israel reopened today. Outside of the far northern border area, life here is back to normal — and it feels that way on the ground. We pray for the communities along the northern border to enjoy peace as well soon.
The Skies Are Opening Up
Ben Gurion Airport is expected to return to increased capacity soon. El Al has already announced full flights starting next week to New York, Los Angeles, Miami, London, Frankfurt, Paris, Rome, Athens, and many other destinations. We expect more airlines to follow, which means your groups can start coming back to Israel.
From Our Hearts
We thank God for His goodness and mercy through all of this. We are grateful to the United States for standing with Israel. We want to honor our, and the US brave soldiers, whose courage and sacrifice made this moment possible.

We pray for peace across the Middle East - that all people in this region will be able to live in freedom.
"Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: may those who love you be secure." - Psalm 122:6
We will keep you updated as things develop.
We can't wait to welcome you back.
With blessings from Zion,
Samuel Smadja and the Sar-El Tours & Conferences Team
