Welcome! Bruchim HaBaim!
We at Sar-El Tours are excited to share with you the good news that we were all waiting for: the increased return of visitors to Israel!
After successfully fulfilling the criteria of the “pilot program” which allowed for limited tourism since the summer, Israel is now further opening ‘the gates” and preparing to welcome more visitors to the Land of the Bible
Below is the official, approved by the Prime Minister, Minister of Health, and Minister of Tourism, policy for entrance to Israel. We want to make note that this proposal is still pending government approval, expected within a few days. The fact that the Prime Minister and Minister of Health endorse these policies is very encouraging to us and we want to share them with you, our dear friends around the world.
Below please find the expected qualifications for visitors to Israel:
- Visitors vaccinated with two doses of the Pfizer vaccine seven days or more prior to their arrival to Israel, and with no more than 180 days of their departure date from Israel.
- Visitors vaccinated with two doses of Moderna, Astrazanika, Sinovac, and Sinopharm 14 days or more prior to their arrival to Israel, and with no more than 180 days of their departure date from Israel.
- Visitors vaccinated with one dose of Janssen vaccine 14 days or more prior to their arrival to Israel, and with no more than 180 days of their departure date from Israel.
- Visitors vaccinated with a Pfizer booster seven days or more prior to their arrival to Israel.
- Visitors vaccinated with a Moderna, Astrazanika, Sinovac, and Janssen booster 14 days or more prior to their arrival to Israel.

- Visitors recovered from Covid-19 who have received at least one dose of one of the vaccines approved by the WHO.
- Visitors vaccinated over 180 days/ 6 months ago will be able to come, based on the existing tour group protocol, but without the serological test.
We will send further update as soon as we receive the detailed protocol from the government.
We are very grateful for the hundreds of visitors we have had the privilege to serve since the Pilot program began last summer and over the past month. We are looking forward to receiving many more of you in the coming weeks and months as we implement the necessary procedures to keep you safe and enable you to experience the land where our faith began.
Shalom. See you all soon.
